Payments & Fees (For Custom Services)

For direct custom development services, ARZ MOBILE LLC accepts valid payment methods including Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express), bank wire transfers, and electronic funds transfers.

• Advance Deposit: To initiate a custom project, the client must pay an advance deposit of 60% of the total estimated project cost upon signing the service contract.
• Payment Delays: If payment is not received within ten (10) working days of the due date, a follow-up notice will be issued.
• Contract Termination: If the advance deposit is not paid within twenty-eight (28) days of contract issuance, ARZ MOBILE LLC reserves the right to terminate the agreement. To resume a terminated contract, an additional fee equal to 20% of the total project cost may be applied.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

• Marketplace Purchases: Products purchased via Envato Marketplace / CodeCanyon are subject to Envato’s official Refund Policy.
• Custom Services: For custom development services, refunds are governed by the specific service contract signed by both parties. Once design files or source code have been delivered or loaded onto the client’s server, payments and deposits become non-refundable after thirty (30) days.
• Technical Bugs: If a critical error or defect originates from our development and ARZ MOBILE LLC is unable to resolve it within a reasonable timeframe, a refund request may be reviewed.
• Voiding Refunds: Modifying, altering, or tampering with any line of our source code or script invalidates all refund eligibility and technical support. Breach of our Terms and Conditions will result in account cancellation without eligibility for a refund.

The General Data Protection Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) is a regulation in EU law on data protection and privacy in the European Union (EU) and the European Economic Area (EEA). It also addresses the transfer of personal data outside the EU and EEA areas.
